![]() I told Sam I felt the system is VERY misleading on both the "Senior" option (pricing?) and the number of passengers as it only let's you enter one name. ![]() refund, but they will charge me a $5 fee and have to wait up to 10 days for it Fortunately, we will have need of their service again, so I chose the credit option. I explained the situation and he informed me the only two options for a refund would be: 1. So I called their 866 number, spoke to Sam. Then I checked the second email to discover it was for one person. And no "Senior" noted or difference in pricing. I received the emailed confirmations and that is where is became very clear, the first reservation for was two people, listed only under one name. So I thought, again mistakenly, that this must be for the "Senior". Entered all info and noticed the price was half of the first one. ![]() Then it went to the payment page, where I mistakenly thought it was only for one person, as I had only entered one name. Next step was to enter the first name, so I assumed. I selected two people, one as a Senior and one as an Adult. As well as pricing options as outlined on the site: Adult, Senior, Youth. Though we love the shuttle, the reservation system is very misleading if you book more than one person as a time.
